Choose your guide below depending on how you're using VetMate — standalone or integrated with Petbooqz.
New to VetMate? This guide covers everything from setting up your first patient record through to generating and saving your anaesthetic report. No prior experience needed.
Already using Petbooqz? This guide walks you through connecting VetMate to your Petbooqz account so patient data flows automatically — no double-entry, no copy-pasting.
For most clinics, VetMate is ready to use in under 10 minutes.
Head to portal.vetmate.io and sign up with your email. You'll be prompted to create your clinic profile — clinic name, location, and species you treat.
Invite your nurses and front-of-house staff by email. Each user gets their own login. You can manage permissions from the clinic admin panel.
Enter the patient's details, weight, and pre-op information. VetMate will guide you through the monitoring form from induction through to recovery.
When the procedure is complete, tap "Generate report" to produce a timestamped PDF. Save it, print it, or attach it directly to your PMS patient file.
