VetMate is a browser-based veterinary anaesthetic record management application. It allows veterinary clinics to create, store, and export digital anaesthetic monitoring records and associated documents.
To use VetMate, you must create an account. You agree to:
VetMate is provided on a subscription basis. Plans and pricing are set out on the Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
We offer a 30-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
You agree to use VetMate only for lawful veterinary practice purposes. You must not:
You own all clinical data you create using VetMate. We process your data on your behalf to provide the Service. We will not access, use, or disclose your clinical data except as required to provide the Service, as permitted by you, or as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that any patient data you enter into VetMate is entered with appropriate consent and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
VetMate and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by Vet Mate Tech Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
VetMate is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. VetMate is a record-keeping tool and does not constitute veterinary medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Vet Mate Tech Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to VetMate at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling your subscription from the billing settings page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of VetMate after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
